OrbitServers increased repeat purchases with wallet balances and wishlists
WHMCSHub Wallet and Wishlist gave OrbitServers' clients a reason to come back between renewals — pre-loading balances and saving upgrades they weren't ready to buy yet.

OrbitServers' VPS and dedicated server clients tend to upgrade in bursts — adding resources ahead of a launch or traffic spike — but the standard WHMCS order flow gave them no way to plan ahead for that inside their account.
WHMCSHub Wallet let clients pre-load account credit, which OrbitServers began encouraging with small bonus credit on larger top-ups. Clients started keeping a running balance to draw down on renewals and upgrades, smoothing out OrbitServers' own cash flow in the process.
Wishlist gave clients a place to save a server upgrade or add-on they were considering but not ready to commit to, instead of losing that intent the moment they left the order page. OrbitServers' support team now proactively follows up on wishlisted items during quiet periods, turning saved interest into actual upgrade orders.
The two modules together nudged OrbitServers' business from a purely reactive, ticket-driven upgrade process toward one where a meaningful share of upgrade revenue is now anticipated rather than requested.
